CNBC is reviving "Deal or No Deal" with original host HOWIE MANDEL. The network says it's a perfect fit because of its "focus on business and money."
There's no premiere date yet, but it'll be sometime this fall. It's unclear if it'll air weekly or nightly . . . but, as we learned the first time, it's easy to burn out on "Deal or No Deal", so making it a daily thing is pretty ambitious.
The show's original primetime run on NBC went from 2005 to 2009 . . . and then there were two more seasons in syndication.
