Robyn Reveals Tracklist For New Album 'Honey'

Robyn has unveiled the song list for her highly-anticipated new album.

Last week, the Swedish songbird announced her next record, Honey, would arrive October 26. The long-awaited LP was eight years in the making and follows the singer's last full-length offering, Body Talk, which dropped back in 2010.

Now, in her comeback, the musician promises a sweeter and softer touch for her eighth release, which features nine tunes in total — including the previously released "Missing U" to yet release numbers like "Baby Forgive Me," "Between the Lines" and "Beach 2K20."

"I've had it ready it ready for months, so strange how it came together even before or the songs were finished," she tweeted along with a digitized clip of the tracklist Monday (September 24). "Never had that happen before; more or less in the order that I wrote them."

Partners involved on the forthcoming effort include Robyn’s longtime music collaborators Metronomy's Joseph Mount, Adam Bainbridge of Kindess, Klas Ålund, and Zhala, who appears on a track named "Human Being."

So what can listeners expect from her return? A whole lot of bops, that's for sure.

"I danced a lot when I was making it," Robyn told Pitchfork of the record, the majority of which she produced on her own. "I found a sensuality and a softness that I don’t think I was able to use in the same way before. Everything just became softer."
