A photo of a 6-year-old boy in Tucson named Teddy went viral recently, because he's sitting alone at his birthday pizza party . . .
He handed out invitations to 32 of his classmates, but none of the children showed up.
His mom told the News that she had made 32 goodie bags for Teddy to hand out to his classmates along with invitations to his party — and she even spoke to some of the children’s parents, who said their children would come.
She posted the heartbreaking photo on Facebook, and the social media and celebrity attention poured in. But she says that's not what they wanted, and she regrets posting the photo in the first place.
