We're almost through the 1st month of 2018, and Andy from The Princeton Club joined us for Motivation Monday to reset and celebrate GOAL month!  

Revisit how far you’ve come (short term goal, 1 week, 1 month etc)

  1. What was your goal?
  1. Have far have you come?
  1. Now, step it up! (The anxiety is gone, you should have a good feel and comfort after 4 weeks, now we need to step it up!)
