  1. Lifestyle (Stop Smoking, Eat Healthy, Be active Daily)
  2. What’s the best exercise for a healthy heart? Aerobic (Cardio)
    • Trainer Erin recommends you focus on your target heart rate.  Take 220 - your age, multiply 60% and that's your fat burning zone, 70% is your cardio zone, and 80% would be your high training zone.
  3. Get enough sleep!
