- Find your window
- Because your schedule isn’t always the same, look ahead to tomorrow and identify when your best window of opportunity will be, then put it in your calendar!
- Bang for your buck
- You don’t need hours to be effective, it doesn’t have to be about duration, focus on intensity! (Like HIIT Traning)
- Mommy (or Daddy) time
- If taking care of the kids is what’s in the way of workout plans, get a babysitter, or take ‘em to the gym! Find a gym that has childcare. The Princeton Club does!
