So Here’s 3 Time Hacks to Help!

  1. Find your window
    • Because your schedule isn’t always the same, look ahead to tomorrow and identify when your best window of opportunity will be, then put it in your calendar!
  2. Bang for your buck
    • You don’t need hours to be effective, it doesn’t have to be about duration, focus on intensity!  (Like HIIT Traning)
  3. Mommy (or Daddy) time
    • If taking care of the kids is what’s in the way of workout plans, get a babysitter, or take ‘em to the gym!  Find a gym that has childcare.  The Princeton Club does!
