    • Goals are great, but taking on too big of one leads to failure!  Instead break your goal into smaller steps, and make sure to have a plan!
  2. NOT tracking
  3. NOT being consistent
    • In the beginning it’s easy to skip working out because you’re sore, tired, busy… which is why you should schedule your working outs and make it part of your weekly routine!
