That's kids between 2-19, so Andy from The Princeton Club joined us this morning shed some light on just how much exercise your kids need and some great ideas to get them active this morning for Motivation Monday!
- At least 1 hour!
- Kids should get at least 1 hour of physical activity a day
- What kind?
- At least 3 days a week should include things like gymnastics, climbing, or playing on the monkey bars for muscle strengthening.
- As well as Jumping, Jump Rope, or Running for bone strengthening & aerobic activity.
