Fall is officially here, and Andy from The Princeton Club joined us this morning with some work out ideas to enjoy Fall to the Fullest
1. Autumn Activities
- Apple or Pumpkin Picking, Corn Mazes, or a Fall Hike, lots of great ways to get out doors, be social and active!
2. Sign up for Run
- Training for a specific goal like a race increases the likely hood of you sticking to an exercise program!
3. Turn Fall Chores into a Workout
- 150 pound person can burn 150 calories by raking leaves for 30 minutes.
As the weather cools down, trying other activities and varying your workouts can help you stay motivated and active!
