1. Kayaking or Canoeing 

  • Excellent Low-Impact activities that reduce stress

2. Scenic Hiking, Running, or Biking

  • Even a good Hike can literally make you happier and healthier, lowering blood pressure, and reducing risk of stroke, diabetes and heart disease.

3. Outdoor Sports

  • Spikeball, Football, Baseball, or any pick up game of Basketball, grab friends & family and have some healthy fall fun.
